Jonas Cap is responsible for this website and its data processing. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to jonas.cap@outlook.com.
Information processed
The hosting infrastructure necessarily receives technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, date and time. If you send an email, the information you provide is processed to answer your message.
Why it is processed
Technical data is processed to securely deliver, operate and protect the website. Contact information is processed to respond to your request. The site does not use personal data for advertising or profiling.
Hosting and recipients
The website runs in Docker containers on infrastructure provided by Hostinger and is deployed through GitHub Actions. Hostinger may process limited request and security-log information as a hosting provider. GitHub Actions handles deployment and does not receive ordinary visitor traffic. The email provider may process information you send when contacting Jonas Cap.
Retention
Preference cookies are retained for six months. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed for the conversation and any reasonable follow-up. Hosting and security logs follow the provider’s applicable retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning your personal data. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde) or another competent EU/EEA supervisory authority.
